Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider

The service provider will quickly communicate with the client regarding any complaints or issues.
Confidentiality

The service provider will use the client’s personal data only for the purpose of providing the services. Without the client’s consent, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
Contract Duration

The contract based on this offer will end once all services defined in the terms are fully completed. If there are no further requirements, the contract will be automatically terminated.
Disputes and Resolution

If a dispute arises between the parties concerning the contract, it will be resolved through negotiations. If negotiations fail, the parties may go to court.
Acceptance of the Offer

The client is considered to have fully accepted the terms of the offer by accepting it and making payment for the services.

Responsibility Regarding Services

The service provider will offer services with all necessary precautions. However, the success of the services or the results achieved by the client in the learning process are solely dependent on the client.

The service provider guarantees the safe and effective delivery of all services but takes no responsibility for outcomes in chess competitions or experiences.
Changes and Additions to the Contract

The service provider has the right to change the terms of the contract, but such changes must be communicated to the client in advance.

Any additions or changes will be made with the client’s consent. In such cases, the modified terms will only take effect after the client has accepted the new offer.
Compliance with the Law

This contract is formulated and executed in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If any clause of the contract is deemed illegal or inconsistent with current legislation, it will be amended or removed, but the remaining clauses will remain valid.
Client's Failure to Fulfill Obligations

If the client refuses or fails to meet the obligations specified in the contract, the service provider has the right to suspend or terminate the contract.

The client is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid for services if the services have been provided.
